This policy covers the internal QuickBooks Online integration operated by KP Industrial Pty Ltd, trading as Kalmar in the Pacific (“KP Industrial”, “we”, “us”).
What the integration is:
KP Industrial runs a private, internal integration that connects our own QuickBooks Online company to our own business systems. It is used only by KP Industrial staff for our own bookkeeping and quoting. It is not offered to the public or to other businesses.
What data it uses:
The integration reads and writes accounting records in KP Industrial’s own QuickBooks Online company, such as customers, suppliers, items, quotes, invoices and bills. It does not collect data from the public.
How we use and share it:
We use this data only to run KP Industrial’s own business. We do not sell, rent or share accounting data with third parties, other than the service providers that host our own systems, and where the law requires it.
Security:
OAuth access tokens for QuickBooks Online are stored securely on systems controlled by KP Industrial. Access is limited to authorised KP Industrial staff and systems.
Disconnecting:
The integration can be disconnected at any time in QuickBooks Online under Apps. Disconnecting revokes its access.
