These terms cover the internal QuickBooks Online integration operated by KP Industrial Pty Ltd, trading as Kalmar in the Pacific (“KP Industrial”).
Internal use only:
The integration is an internal tool built for KP Industrial’s own use with its own QuickBooks Online company. It is not offered, sold or licensed to the public or to any other business. Only authorised KP Industrial staff may use it.
Provided as is:
The integration is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
Disconnecting:
Access can be revoked at any time in QuickBooks Online under Apps.
Governing law:
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
